Adjustable Beam Sleeve

The Adjustable Beam Sleeve is two straight sleeves combined to form a telescoping column that adjusts at the center of the sleeves. The floating bowls at the end of the beam sleeve taper to allow a snug fit into the steel form without having to secure it to the form itself. The setting screw is preset to your dimensions but can be removed to allow the beam sleeve to adjust as needed. The pre-finished openings of the passage will easily accommodate pipe of various sizes depending on the diameter of the sleeve itself.
Deck Sleeves
The Standard Deck Sleeve is a galvanized sheet metal sleeve that allows slab penetration. They are installed and fastened before the concrete is poured. The free floating lids of each sleeve can be easily punched out or removed after the concrete is cured. All cans are flanged at the base and come with one lid.
Q-Deck Sleeves
The Standard Q-Deck Sleeve is a galvanized sheet metal sleeve that allows slab penetration in concrete floors that are poured over corrugated metal or “Robertson” type decking forms. The mounting plate allows for penetration below the plate and down through the corrugation of the metal deck. It is fastened by way of the mounting plate using sheet metal screws. The free floating lids of each sleeve can be easily punched out or removed after the concrete is cured. All cans are flanged and come with one lid. The mounting plate is fastened at the height the customer requests.
